This Delivery Policy explains how services are “delivered” (i.e., scheduled and provided) after you place an appointment request on our website.


1) What “Delivery” Means on FrenchieFomo

Because we do not ship physical products, “delivery” refers to:

  • Booking request submission (you submit appointment details)

  • Confirmation/acceptance by the veterinary provider (doctor/clinic)

  • Service delivery at the scheduled time:

    • In-clinic appointment at the clinic/hospital location, or

    • Home visit at the address/location you provide (where offered)

FrenchieFomo facilitates the booking process. The actual veterinary service is delivered by the doctor/clinic, not by FrenchieFomo.


2) Appointment Request Process

When you request an appointment through FrenchieFomo, you will typically:

  1. Select a veterinary doctor/clinic

  2. Choose In-clinic or Home visit (if available)

  3. Provide details (pet info, preferred date/time, contact details, and location for home visits)

  4. Submit the request

After submission, the doctor/clinic may:

  • Confirm your requested time, or

  • Suggest an alternative time, or

  • Decline the request (e.g., unavailable slot, service not available in your area)


3) Confirmation & Delivery Timeframes

In-Clinic Appointments

  • Delivery occurs when the doctor/clinic confirms the booking and provides the consultation at the clinic.

  • Typical confirmations may be same-day or within 24 hours, depending on clinic availability.

Home Visits

  • Delivery occurs when the doctor arrives at your provided location and performs the consultation.

  • Travel time depends on distance, traffic, weather, and doctor availability.

  • Home visits may be limited by:

    • Coverage areas

    • Service hours

    • Safety or accessibility of location

Note: Appointment times are not guaranteed until confirmed by the doctor/clinic.


4) Location & Address Requirements (Home Visits)

To ensure successful service delivery for home visits, you must provide:

  • A complete address (or accurate map pin/location if supported)

  • A reachable phone/WhatsApp number

  • Any access instructions (building, floor, gate codes, landmarks)

If the doctor cannot reach you or the address is incomplete, the appointment may be marked as no-show or cancelled.


5) Fees, Payments, and Additional Charges

  • Consultation fees, home-visit charges, and any additional service fees are set by the doctor/clinic.

  • If FrenchieFomo offers online payments in your region (now or in the future), applicable charges and confirmations will be shown during checkout.

  • Home visits may include additional charges based on distance or time (as determined by the provider).


6) Rescheduling & Cancellations

7) No-Show Policy

A “no-show” may occur if:

  • You are not reachable at the scheduled time

  • The location/address is incorrect or inaccessible

  • You are not present at the clinic for an in-clinic appointment

No-shows reduce provider availability. Providers may refuse future bookings after repeated no-shows.


8) Emergency Cases

FrenchieFomo is not an emergency service. If your pet is experiencing a medical emergency, you should:

  • Contact a nearby 24/7 veterinary hospital, or

  • Call local emergency services (if applicable), or

  • Visit the nearest clinic immediately


9) Service Quality & Responsibility

FrenchieFomo:

  • Provides a platform to discover veterinary providers and request appointments

  • Does not provide veterinary treatment directly

The veterinary provider is responsible for:

  • Medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up

  • Professional licensing and compliance

  • Service fulfillment at clinic or home visit
