- Location — used in two ways:
- To show you vets near you
- For home visit bookings, your exact address is shared with the vet so they can reach you accurately
- Pet information — pet name and type, collected when booking an appointment
- Session data — login sessions stored securely, expire after 7 days
For Doctors (Veterinarians)
- Name, email, phone number — for account and profile
- Father's name — for identity verification
- CNIC number — encrypted and stored securely, used for identity verification only
- CNIC front and back images — stored for admin verification, not shared publicly
- PVMCI registration number — to verify your veterinary license
- Profile photo — displayed publicly on your profile
- Clinic address and city — displayed publicly so pet owners can find you
- Available hours and appointment types — displayed on your public profile
- Consultation fees — displayed on your public profile

- IP address — for security and fraud prevention
- Browser and device information — for session management
- Cookies — to keep you logged in

4. Who We Share Your Data With

Our email delivery provider. Your email address is processed through SendPulse to deliver appointment and promotional emails.
If you book a video consultation, a Zoom meeting is created. Your name may appear in the meeting.
For home visit appointments, your name, phone number, and location address are shared with the vet you have booked so they can reach you.
No other third parties have access to your data.
5. Payments
FrenchieFomo is currently free to use. The free version is available for a limited period of one month only. After this period, paid plans will be introduced.
When payment features are launched:
- Payment information will be collected and processed through a secure third-party payment gateway.
- We will never store your full card number or banking details on our servers.
- This policy will be updated with full details before payments go live.
- You will be notified in advance before any charges apply.
