Welcome to FrenchieFomo. By accessing or using our platform at frenchiefomo.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.
If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use FrenchieFomo.
1. About FrenchieFomo
FrenchieFomo is an online veterinary directory and appointment booking platform that connects pet owners in Pakistan with verified veterinarians. We operate at frenchiefomo.com and are based in Lahore, Pakistan.
2. Who Can Use FrenchieFomo
You may use FrenchieFomo if you:
- Are at least 18 years of age
- Are located in Pakistan
- Provide accurate and truthful information when registering
- Agree to these terms in full
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms.
3. User Accounts
Pet Owners
- Responsible for account security.
- Infromation must be accurate.
- Responsible for all account activity.
Veterinarians
- Must have a valid PVMCI number.
- Provide accurate credentials.
- False credentials lead to permanent removal.
- Profile is visible publicly.
4. Appointments
Booking
Appointments are confirmed immediately upon booking. You will receive a confirmation email. For video consultations, a Zoom meeting link is generated automatically.
No Cancellation & No Rescheduling
Important:
- No cancellations are allowed once an appointment is booked.
- No rescheduling is allowed once an appointment is booked.
- You are committing to the selected time and type.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are not available except in the following two specific situations:
Situation 1 — Home Visit: Doctor Did Not Arrive
If the doctor did not arrive and did not contact you at all, you are eligible for a full refund.
Situation 2 — Video Call: Doctor Did Not Join
If a Zoom meeting was created but the doctor did not join at the scheduled time, you are eligible for a full refund.
How to Request a Refund
- Email us at support@frenchiefomo.com within 24 hours.
- Use subject line "Refund Request".
- Include Appointment ID, date, time, and description.
We respond to requests within 3 business days. Approved refunds take 7 business days.
6. Doctor Responsibilities
Doctors agree to:
- Honor confirmed appointments on time
- Contact owners if home visit is not possible
- Join Zoom meetings on time
- Provide professional and ethical advice
- Keep profile information up to date
7. Platform Use
You agree not to:
- Use FrenchieFomo for any unlawful purpose.
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
- Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage the platform.
- Scrape, copy, or reproduce content without permission.
- Impersonate another user, doctor, or staff member.
- Spam or harass other users.
8. Payments and Pricing
FrenchieFomo is currently free to use for a limited period of one month. After this period, paid plans will be introduced for veterinarians.
Pet owners will always be able to browse and book through FrenchieFomo. Changes will be notified well in advance.
9. Limitation of Liability
FrenchieFomo is a booking and directory platform, not a service provider. We do not employ the veterinarians listed.
- No responsibility for quality of care.
- No liability for harm, loss, or damage to your pet.
- No responsibility for disputes beyond refund facilitation.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on FrenchieFomo is our property. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission.
11. Privacy
Use of FrenchieFomo is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to These Terms
Significant changes will be notified by email. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
13. Governing Law
Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore.
